Dr. Jennifer Hirsch Doobrow
ChairDr. Jennifer Hirsch Doobrow, a Board-Certified Periodontist, is the Owner and CEO of Periodontal and Implant Associates, Inc. located in Cullman, AL. She earned her DMD at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2007 and received her certification in Periodontics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 2010. She serves, as a faculty member for the Pikos Institute, Chair of the Alabama Dental Association (ALDA) Council on Budget and Auditing and is a UAB Alumni Executive Council District Representative. Dr. Doobrow is the Treasurer for the Southern Academy of Periodontology and has served on several committees for the American Academy of Periodontology. She holds Past-President positions in the Alabama Society of Periodontists and the Wilson Chenault Dental Study Club and is a Director for a Seattle Study Club located in Cullman, AL. In 2012, Dr. Doobrow was recognized as one of the University of Georgia's (UGA) prestigious 40 Under 40. Most recently, Dr. Doobrow was selected as the 2021 Most Excellent Fellow for the Alabama Dental Association, one of the Top 10 Young Educators in America for 2017 by The Seattle Study Club, was inducted as a Fellow of the International College of Dentists, as well as a Fellow of the American College of Dentists. She was also awarded the MUSC School of Dentistry Young Alumnus Award, the UAB School of Dentistry Outstanding Young Alumnus Award and was featured on Lifetime Network’s “The Balancing Act” as well as on the “Dentistry Uncensored Podcast”. She has published articles in Compendium, Inside Dentistry, Dental Economics, DentistryIQ, Surgical Restorative Resource and Perio-Implant Advisory, and lectures extensively throughout the United States on dental implants and periodontal regenerative therapies.
Dr. Jumoke Adedoyin

Dr. Jumoke Adedoyin was born in Nigeria. She attended Howard University College of Dentistry, graduating #1 in the class of 2001.
She maintains a very successful practice that is exclusively dedicated to Implant dentistry in Cartersville, Georgia and was recently appointed the Director for Clinical Relations for Affordable Care Incorporated, a Dental Service Organization serving 700+ dentists with 382 locations. Dr. Adedoyin now spends most of her time supporting dentists as they navigate through their career journey.
In addition to her work as a dentist, Dr Jumoke enjoys her work as a implant mentor to hundreds of doctors across the nation. She is national speaker on implantology and a faculty member at one of the best implant training centers in the nation, focused on increasing the competency of the general dentist in the implantology space.
A Life and Mindset Coach, she believes that everything we need for a fulfilled life is already on the inside of us. We just need a mindset shift to access the greatness that we are.
A serial entrepreneur, who scaled her dental practice to a 7- figure business just one year after opening her doors, Dr. Jumoke is passionate about equipping women, not only to show up in their feminine strength while taking their seat at the table in the workplace, but also encourages them to discover God’s purpose for their lives and how they can maintain a harmonious balance of work and life while living life at its best.

Dr. Tara Aghaloo
Advisory BoardDr. Tara Aghaloo is Professor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Assistant Dean for Clinical Research at the UCLA School of Dentistry. She completed her dental training at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency and M.D. at UCLA. Subsequently, she completed a Ph.D. in oral biology at UCLA. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS), and a member of the ABOMS Examining Committee. Her clinical practice focuses on implant surgery and bone and soft tissue grafting. She is also active in professional organizations where she is President of the Academy of Osseointegration (AO), section editor of IJOMI, and the associate editor of JOMS.
Dr. Debra Cohn
Advisory BoardDebra H. Cohn completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery and post-doctoral certification in Prosthodontics from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1993. She is a native New Yorker, and a Prosthodontist practicing in midtown Manhattan. She is an Associate Clinical Professor at New York University College of Dentistry Graduate Prosthodontics and has taught there for nearly 30 years. She also holds an academic appointment in the Otolaryngology Department at the Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Cohn has lectured on topics ranging from CAD CAM dentistry and interdisciplinary treatment planning to high strength ceramics and whitening. She is actively engaged with clinical research and leads a study on the etched treatment of restorative implant components and their long-term implications. She is a Fellow of the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics and has served on its Council as well as chaired several positions. She is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists and served as the President of the ACP-New York Chapter. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the New York County Society of the same organization.
Dr. Maria Geisinger
Advisory BoardMia L. Geisinger, DDS, MS is a Professor and Director of Advanced Education in Periodontology in the Department of Periodontology in the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Dentistry. Dr. Geisinger received her BS in Biology from Duke University, her DDS from Columbia University School of Dental Medicine, and her MS and Certificate in Periodontology and Implantology from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Geisinger is a Diplomate in the American Board of Periodontology and a Fellow in the International Team for Implantology. She has served as the President of the American Academy of Periodontology Foundation, as the Chair of the American Dental Association's Council on Scientific Affairs, and on multiple national and regional organized dentistry committees. She currently serves as the AAP Secretary-Treasurer, as a Board member for the ADA’s Science and Research Institute. and on numerous AAP and ADA committees and task forces. She has authored over 50 peer-reviewed publications and serves on the editorial board of several publications. Her research interests include periodontal and systemic disease interaction, implant dentistry in the periodontally compromised dentition, and novel treatment strategies for oral soft and hard tissue regeneration. She lectures nationally and internationally on topics in periodontology and oral healthcare.
Dr. Fazeela Khan-Osborne

Dr. Khan-Osborne leads the Face team and is the Principal at the Harley Street Clinic with a special interest in full mouth rehabilitation, both on the surgical and restorative side. She is also a lead tutor on the implant diploma at The Royal College of Surgeons.
She lectures on Implant Dentistry worldwide, writes for several journals and holds positions on several editorial boards. Dr. Khan-Osborne qualified from the Royal London in 1994, after which she continued her training in Oral Surgery before completing her master's degree in Restorative Dentistry with Distinction.
She is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology and is a tutor on the Diploma of Implant Dentistry at The Royal College of Surgeons of England. She is also a member of the Association of Dental Implantology and the British Association of Aesthetic Dentistry.
Dr. Mahsa Khargani

Dr. Khaghani poses a strong presence in the International Dental community as a leader for women and education. Her motto is: "High-quality Dental Education=Excellence in Dentistry".
Dr. Khaghani it's a passionate dentist who's goal has been from the beginning become a better professional every day and for that, she thinks that it is necessary continuous learning. She is working with an exceptional team of doctors for 25 years, at Citadental and she is dedicated to high-quality dental education for the last 12 years.
From Madrid, Spain, Mahsa Khaghani, is specialized in Orthodontics, Periodontics and Implantology. She graduated from UCM in 1999 as a member of the Illustrious College of Dentists of Madrid.
She is the founder and CEO of BeiDE, a continuous educational platform for dentists. As an experienced clinician in orthodontics, periodontal surgery, and dental implant surgery, Dr. Khaghani is also currently leading with her sister, a team of over 30 dentists towards dental evolution, in their 3 locations in Madrid, Citadental.
Dr. Khaghani thrives on acquiring new knowledge and sharing them. In light of this, she has completed many programs and has bagged several certificates of honor: Ambassador of Slow Dentistry, Ambassador of Digital Dentistry Society, Ambassador of Clean Implant Foundation and member of Leading Ladies in Dentistry.
Dr. Khaghani is the International Program Group Leader in Spain, at New York University and the International Director of Institutional Relations at PGO UCAM.
Dr. Lisa Miller

Lisa L. Miller, DMD, MD, is a Board certified Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon. The Pennsylvania native graduated from Allegheny College cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in music. She then attended Temple University School of Dentistry where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. After relocating to Birmingham, she completed her medical degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine along with a one-year internship in general surgery. She then completed her Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at UAB and served as chief resident during her final year of training. Following graduation, Dr. Lisa Miller worked with a multi practice group, Clark Holmes Oral Facial Surgery for several years. During her time with them she discovered it was her lifelong dream to own her own practice. She opened a successful practice in Birmingham in 2015. After 7 years of serving the Birmingham community, her family relocated to South Alabama as they love the Gulf Coast, and all the area has to offer. She has now introduced her new practice in the downtown historical district of Foley, AL serving Baldwin County and surrounding areas as of August 2021. Her practice focuses on dentoalveolar surgery, implant dentistry and reconstruction.
During her time in Birmingham, Dr. Miller was an adjunct facility member in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Dental School. She was also a volunteer faculty member with the Foundry Dental Clinic AEGD program. She has enjoyed her time working with both dental students and residents.
Dr. Miller is married to Dr. Joshua Miller, a family practice physician. They have two children, Bailey (13) and Alex (10). During their free time, the family enjoys boating, fishing and Alabama football.
Dr. Lindsey Rosati

Dr. Rosati practices as a Board Certified Periodontist at Coastal Jaw Surgery, a multidisciplinary practice. She employs a full scope of surgical treatment with an emphasis on periodontal plastic surgery, periodontal therapy, dental implants, bone grafting and periodontal-orthodontic procedures. Dr. Rosati attended the University of Florida, Department of Periodontology, where she was the chief resident and received her DDS degree from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill.
Dr. Rosati is actively involved in several community and volunteer organizations. In her spare time, she is an avid athlete and has completed an Ironman Triathlon and the Boston Marathon twice. She is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Sam, and together they have two beautiful children and a Labrador retriever named Gracie.
Dr. Bobbi Stanley
Advisory BoardDr. Bobbi Stanley is in private practice with her husband, Dr. Robert Stanley, in Cary, NC. Dr. Stanley is Co-Founder and Senior Instructor at Stanley Institute for Comprehensive Dentistry. As owner and principal dentist of one of the largest comprehensive dental practices in North Carolina, her goal has been excellence in patient care through continuing education, the latest dental equipment and technology, and superior materials.
Dr. Pinelopi Xenoudi

Dr. Pinelopi Xenoudi graduated from the University of Athens, Dental School with the Degree of Dental Surgeon in 2003. The following year she was accepted to Louisiana State University where she completed a dual certificate/degree program in Periodontics and Master in Oral Biology. She achieved the Diplomate Status of the American Board of Periodontology in 2008. She has taught and held leadership positions at different Universities across the country.
As of July 2020, Dr. Xenoudi is the new Associate Dean for Admissions , Student Affairs & DEI at California Northstate University, College of Dental Medicine.
